Why Veracity?
Simply Veracity™ was born from a simple question: How do you rebuild trust when it's been fractured? Whether it's navigating the complexities of a long-distance relationship or working through infidelity, transparency is key.
The app functions as a dedicated, paired communication tool. Once paired, it provides real-time location transparency. What sets it apart is the Accountability Engine: if the app is turned off, modified, or loses connectivity (like during a flight or entering a building without reception), the paired partner is immediately notified. It removes the guesswork and the "what-ifs" that plague fragile relationships.
Privacy and Engineering Integrity
The giant corporation model of tracking is built on the assumption that for a tool to be useful, it must be invasive. I believe that is a fundamental misunderstanding of what a tool should be.
Simply Veracity™ is built on a local-first architecture. We keep nothing. Your location logs belong to you and your paired partner—they never touch a third-party server. Future updates will introduce smart geofencing, allowing for mutual boundary-setting that helps keep both parties on the path they’ve agreed upon.
