Zero Tolerance Policy
Simply Connect maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a platform that prioritizes user safety and complies with all legal requirements for child protection.
Ephemeral Safety
By design, Simply Connect utilizes ephemeral messaging. All data within "Grid Rooms" is automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. This minimizes the risk of long-term exposure to inappropriate content and ensures a transitory communication environment.
Text-Only Communication
To further protect our users and maintain a secure environment, Simply Connect is designed strictly for text-based communication. The sending or receiving of pictures, videos, and other media files is completely disabled at the architectural level.
Reporting and Compliance
Users are encouraged to report any illegal activity or content that violates these safety standards. Reports can be sent directly to the developer through my Contact page. We take all reports seriously and will cooperate with regional and national authorities, including NCMEC, as required by law.
