To fundamentally eliminate the risk of inappropriate visual content, Simply Connect™ is designed strictly for text-based communication. The ability to send or receive pictures, videos, and other media files is disabled at the source code level. There is no workaround, ensuring a text-only environment for all family users.

By design, all communication within "Grid Rooms" is automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. This transitory environment ensures that data is not stored long-term, minimizing the digital footprint of our minor users and preventing long-term exposure to content.
