APP PRIVACY POLICY

Simply Sip and the "Simply" Collection games are designed with your privacy in mind. Our applications save user data (such as drink logs, budgets, and game high scores) locally directly on your device using standard Android storage mechanisms. We do not transmit, collect, or store your personal data on external servers.

Our apps utilize Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device information, location information, and ad interaction data to provide relevant advertisements. By using the apps, you consent to this standard data collection by Google.

If you choose to use the "Export to CSV" feature in Simply Sip, the file is generated locally on your device and shared only through the apps you explicitly select (like your email client or cloud file storage). No copies of this file are sent to the developer.

SIMPLY CONNECT

1. Information Collection and Use
Simply Connect Public is designed with privacy and data minimization in mind. We do not require or collect personal identifying information such as your email address, phone number, or physical address. Users enter a self-chosen "Display Name" and "Room Code" which are stored locally on your device.

2. Ephemeral Messaging & Firebase
Unlike our local-storage apps, Simply Connect Public utilizes Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Realtime Database to facilitate live communication. Chat messages sent through the Service are strictly temporary. Our systems automatically delete all messages from the active database within 24 hours of them being created. We do not maintain permanent logs of your communications.

3. Security
We value your trust in providing us your temporary data, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
